  • Use data and insights to guide decisions and measure success
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all teams
  • Coach leaders to build confidence and capability in managing their people
  • Collaborate with Alliance partner organisations to co-create HR solutions and share best practice
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and collaboration
About you:

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to sustainability, innovation, and empowering our people. As part of our Alliance, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact while growing your career in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

  • Hybrid working with flexibility and balance
  • A strong focus on learning and development
  • Inclusive and supportive culture
  • The chance to work on projects that truly matter
  • Evidence of a commitment to CPD
  • Proven experience as an initiative-taking, commercial, and engaging HRBP
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in an HR-related discipline
  • CIPD Qualifications
