Job Description:

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is looking for an HR Business Partner (Hybrid), to support the CPO during a period of growth and development for the Group. You will provide Business Partnering support to a specific business unit portfolio, helping to define, develop, and execute the HR agenda and plan for your area of responsibility while managing projects in a transformational environment.

This role offers the opportunity and autonomy to work with the senior leadership team across a wide spectrum of positive HR activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with employees and 'People Leaders' to implement a HR agenda aligned with the organisation's strategic goals and long-term business plan.
  • Managing HR processes related to performance management, talent & succession planning, and learning & development.
  • Enhancing HR effectiveness and efficiency through best practice sharing and communication.
  • Engaging with Reward COE to ensure roles are benchmarked and reward proposals are informed.
  • Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to foster an inclusive environment for all employees.
  • Delivering effective succession planning and developing HR plans to address competency, knowledge, and talent gaps.
  • Collaborating with the Resourcing Team and People Leaders on recruitment, participating in candidate assessments, and making offer decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a HR Business Partner in a similar professional environment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience managing change programmes. A CIPD qualification is preferred. Experience working in a unionised environment is essential.
