Job Description:

We have an incredible opportunity to join Phoenix Group as an HR Business Partner in our Retirement Solutions & Asset Management Business Unit HR Partnering team.

Job Type: 6 month Secondment, potentially extending to 12 months

Location: Based in London, Wythall, Telford, or Edinburgh, with a mix of office and home working.

Flexible working: Options for part-time, job-share, and other flexible arrangements. Details to be discussed during recruitment.

Closing Date: 07/05/2025

Salary and benefits: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, pension, life assurance, career breaks, income protection, volunteering days, and more.

The role:

Supporting the People Transformation journey, you will work as a business partner to enable delivery of the people agenda, including:

• Leading Organisation Design and change management with stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Providing expert consultancy to support business plans.
• Collaborating with talent, learning, reward, culture, diversity, and inclusion teams.
• Influencing stakeholders and leadership in line with the people strategy and policies.
• Using data and insights to identify opportunities and propose improvements.
• Building relationships with managers and stakeholders at all levels.
