Job Description:

The HR Business Partner (Policy and Contracts) will work closely with the HR team to develop and maintain HR policies and employment contracts, supporting organizational objectives. Responsibilities include leading policy development, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining contract templates, supporting change management initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:
  • CPD Qualified preferred but not essential
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and policy development experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and risk assessment skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet targets
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Resilient, approachable, and adaptable with influencing skills
