HR Business Partner (12 month FTC)
Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering and working within a global Business Partnering team, you will support the UK business by working closely with business leaders on all HR lifecycle elements, including engagement, org design, mergers and acquisitions, performance management, diversity, equity, inclusion, policy embedding, and employee relations. This role offers the opportunity to own HR matters from influencing business leaders to BAU activities. You will proactively address people challenges and provide HR advice, support, and guidance to management and employees. As a key member of the global HR team, you will contribute to delivering the global HR strategy. Additionally, you will participate in various projects to embed CFC's culture and values.
