HR Business Partner

LHH is delighted to partner with Stirling Council as they seek an HR Business Partner to join their team. Our People services are key in supporting our organisation and our people. We aim to build services that ensure a People function with the resources and talent needed to achieve the council’s aims and ambitions.
As HR Business Partner, you will be the key HR contact, providing professional advice and guidance to your service area. This includes supporting line managers with case management processes such as attendance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, hearings, and employment tribunals. You will establish effective working relationships and understand business needs to identify opportunities for HR process improvements.
We seek an experienced HR professional with comprehensive knowledge of employment law and extensive experience in a generalist HR role. You should have strong communication and consultation skills, able to engage with senior managers, trade unions, and colleagues. CIPD Associate Level 7 qualification or working towards Chartered Membership is required.
