Job description

Job Title: HR Business Partner

Grade: G

Salary: £39,186 - £42,403 per annum (pay award pending), rising by annual increments to £42,403. More information on salaries and progression can be found on our page.

Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week, with a flexitime scheme. Some occasional evening and weekend work may be required due to the 24/7 operation of the service.

Location: Service Headquarters (Salisbury), with flexibility for home working, DWFRS Stations, and Support Offices. Regular travel across the Service area is expected, including locations such as Warminster, Westbury, Trowbridge, and others.
