Job Description:

An opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner has arisen within this successful, growing manufacturing business based in Warwickshire.

Salary: Up to £70k + Benefits

Location: Site-based with some flexible working.

As HR Business Partner, you will join a HR team during a period of business growth and financial stability. You will work with SLT stakeholders to coach and advise on Engagement, Leadership Development, Succession planning, and complex Employee relations. You will also work with unions to build strong relationships supporting organizational growth and development.

Ideal candidates will have experience within manufacturing, engineering, or distribution organizations, with a proven track record as a proactive, commercial HR Business Partner who enjoys building stakeholder and union relations.
