Job summary

Hays HR is partnering with a Glasgow-based private sector organisation to recruit an HR Business Partner. You will work with senior leaders to execute the people strategy, drive a high-performance culture and deliver strategic HR solutions.

You will coach leadership teams, support workforce transformation, and ensure people practices align with business goals. Hybrid/flexible working is available and a supportive HR team awaits.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver people plans and HR strategies.
• Lead and support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and workforce transformation projects.
• Provide expert advice on talent management, succession planning and employee development.
• Coach and influence managers on complex people matters.
• Deliver pragmatic and commercially focused HR solutions that support organisational objectives.
• Support senior appointments, reward initiatives and early careers programmes.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and wider HR specialist teams.
• Work collaboratively across the organisation to implement consistent HR best practice.
• Support effective employee relations and stakeholder engagement activities.

Your new role

As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to implement the organisation's people strategy and drive a high-performance culture across your business area. You will provide expert HR advice, coaching and challenge to leadership teams while ensuring people practices align with organisational goals.
