We are partnering with Stirling Council to recruit an HR Business Lead. Our People services are vital in supporting our organisation and community. We aim to build a robust People function that aligns with our council’s goals, emphasizing best practices, fair work commitments, and innovative HR strategies.
The HR Business Lead will provide strategic leadership to the HR Business Partnering team, ensuring delivery of services aligned with the Council’s strategic objectives. The role involves leading projects that impact the workforce, developing programmes to review and enhance HR practices, and supporting organisational change. You will oversee a team of HR professionals, offering expert advice on policies and processes to address business challenges and opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have extensive HR experience, knowledge of employment law, Chartered CIPD membership, and proven leadership in HR initiatives. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior management, trade unions, and colleagues are essential.
