HR Business Lead (North West of England, Scotland, and ROI)

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Lead. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating our people strategy into actionable HR activities. You will champion employee engagement initiatives and act as an advocate for the North West, Scotland, and ROI regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the people plan, initiatives, and processes
  • Build and support high-performing teams
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Coach managers to enhance their leadership impact and resolve complex employee cases

What You Bring:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
  • Strong experience in employee relations and employment law, including trade unions
  • Ability to travel within the North West, Scotland, and ROI regions
  • Proficiency in systems like Workday and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and career aspirations
  • Resilience and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong execution skills
  • Team player with a broad perspective beyond your geographical area
  • Confidence in decision-making and workload management
  • Knowledge of ROI HR legislation
  • Experience in a sales/service or engineering environment
