Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum
Contractual hours: 37.5
Basis: Full Time

We are seeking a passionate Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data innovation across our HR and payroll functions, shaping decisions that directly impact the success of our Trust.

As our HR Business Intelligence Analyst, you will have the unique opportunity to unlock the power of HR and payroll data to drive critical decisions that impact thousands of staff across our Trust. Your work will directly influence strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and the way we support our people, making a lasting difference across multiple schools.
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis with a requirement to work at least two days a week from our Central Office in Peterborough, although alternative arrangements will be considered depending on candidate and location.
