Description

Crimson Hotels is a fast-growing, independently owned hotel group that owns and manages seven branded hotels under two major brands: Hilton and IHG.

As an HR Assistant, you will play an important role in this mission. You will work alongside the Regional HR Manager and the General Manager, overseeing HR functions as the main on-site contact for the Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T5 (IHG).

Primary responsibilities include:
  1. Providing advice and support to managers and colleagues.
  2. Overseeing and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
  3. Supporting staff engagement, recognition, and reward schemes.
  4. Supporting employee relations and administrative support, including record management.
  5. Facilitating training and development initiatives.
  6. Payroll administration and collaborating with the wider HR team on HR-related projects.
Personal qualities and experience
  • Experience working within an HR environment, with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, best practices, and UK employment law.
  • Experience working in a hospitality environment.
  • HR-related qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (listening, speaking, and writing).
  • Effective administrative skills and familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Dynamic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
