A leading BPM company in Ipswich seeks a dynamic HR Assistant/Admin for a fixed-term contract. The role involves managing recruitment, payroll, and various HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation. Ideal candidates are organised, communicative, and ideally CIPD qualified.

We are looking for a dynamic HR Assistant/ Admin. This role reports to the Human Resources Manager and is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Company’s policies and procedures for Human Resources and payroll administration throughout the organisation and associated companies. This includes compliance with internal processes & controls. End-to-End Agent Level Recruitment competency is also required & critical for this role.
Any other duties as required.
Note: Preference for local candidates to Ipswich as this is an office-based role. Immediate availability is preferred.
