We are seeking a HR Assistant to join our HR Department. The HR Assistant will provide friendly and efficient support to the HR team, ensuring stakeholders receive key information on HR processes and procedures.

The Role
  1. Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from Line Managers, team members, and third-party providers.
  2. Handle daily queries related to pay, attendance, policy guidance, and benefits, directing them to the appropriate team when necessary.
  3. Coordinate HR administration accurately and efficiently, embedding HR processes throughout the business.
  4. Ensure benefits administration (E-points, fuel cards, company cars, healthcare, dental) is up-to-date, reflecting changes like role updates, new starters, and leavers.
  5. Review and dispatch contracts of employment promptly, ensuring HRMS records are accurate for new starters and role changes.
  6. Provide accurate reporting as required, ensuring compliance with company policies, data protection, and best practices for maintaining people systems and records.
  7. Manage Purchase Order processes and liaise with the Finance team to resolve issues.
  8. Ensure HRMS data is complete and accurate, facilitating correct payments and benefits recordings.
  9. Possess knowledge of basic employment law and HR practices.
  10. Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
