Job Opportunity

We have an exciting opening within our Operations team. You will work alongside the HR Manager and Advisor to deliver exceptional HR services to all employees and Partners at Inflexion, as well as manage our Operation Partner’s diary. The role is based at our Mandeville Place offices with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to learn quickly, and prioritize key tasks. You should have at least three years of experience as a PA or similar role, with exposure to HR or people-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HR System Management
  • Maintain data within the HR system, HiBob (“HRIS”);
  • Activate workflows – onboarding/offboarding, probation, personal details changes;
  • Update data – salary changes, promotions, reporting lines, etc.;
  • Ensure absence bookings are current;
  • Run and schedule key reports;
  • Support new joiners and managers;
  • Assist with data audits and continuous improvements.
  1. Benefits and Wellbeing
  • Enroll new joiners/leavers, update HRIS;
  • Ensure internal communications and resources are current;
  • Reconcile and approve invoices;
  • Support staff with basic queries;
  • Assist with wellbeing initiatives (e.g., massages, gym classes);
  • Arrange inductions and liaise with line managers;
  • Handle new joiner forms and background checks (Veremark);
  1. Recruitment Support
  • Assist with scheduling interviews;
  • Liaise with agencies, provide feedback, facilitate recruitment processes.
  1. Additional Responsibilities
  • Diary management for the Operations Partner;
  • Organize meetings, conference calls, book rooms, and arrange UK and international travel;
  • Assist with document production (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
  • Coordinate annual appraisal meetings and L&D sessions with the HR team;
  • Perform ad-hoc and project-based tasks.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced team environment (Private Equity or Financial Services preferred but not essential);
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral);
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
  • Experience with HRIS or similar systems.
