Confidential in Barnstaple is seeking an HR Assistant for a 12-month maternity cover. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with core hours 9:30am–3:30pm. Flexibility may be offered for start/finish times. Pay is £15 per hour. On-site role with 5 days on site and no work-from-home options.

You will support an HR Advisor with administrative tasks and some recruitment activities in a very fast-paced environment. Immediate availability is required.

Qualifikationen

• Previous HR / Recruitment experience at any level.
• Good strong administration skills.
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
• Be available to start immediately.
• Open to HR graduates with some exposure to HR.

Your new company

Working for a manufacturing company in Barnstaple for a 12 month maternity cover. The role is full time 37.5 hours per week with core hours being 9.30am- 3.30pm. Ideally you would work 9am - 5.30pm but there can be some flexibilityy with start/finish times to a degree for the right candidate. Pay is 15ph. 5 days on site - no working from home available.

Your new role

Assisting the HR Advisor with mainly administrative duties. Helping with some recruitment processes.Very fast paced - must have ability to stay grounded through peak periods of work.
