Location: Leatherhead Office | HR Shared Services Team
We have a fantastic 12-month fixed-term opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to join the Wates Group, covering parental leave. This role is within our HR Shared Services Team, based at our Leatherhead office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, highly organized, and eager to build on their HR experience in a supportive environment. You should have strong administrative skills—preferably from an HR setting—and be confident in using MS Office tools. Discretion and confidentiality are essential, along with a professional and proactive approach.
We are seeking someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ideally, someone studying towards or holding a CIPD or similar qualification.
