We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to join the Wates Group on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover parental leave. This role sits within our dynamic HR Shared Services Team, based in our Leatherhead office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, highly organised, and looking to build on their HR experience within a supportive and collaborative environment.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring strong administrative skills—ideally gained in an HR setting—and be confident using MS Office tools. Discretion and confidentiality are essential, as is a professional and proactive approach to your work.
We’re looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ideally, someone who is studying towards or already holds a CIPD or similar qualification.
