We are partnering with a highly regarded, established professional services firm to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator.
This is a broad and responsible opportunity within a supportive HR team, offering exposure across HR operations, employee engagement, learning and development, HR systems and the full employee lifecycle.
The position is considerably broader than a traditional HR Assistant role and would suit someone with several years of HR experience who is ready to take greater ownership and become a trusted point of contact within the team.
You will provide accurate, responsive and commercially focused HR support across the organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
A significant element of the role will be taking day-to-day ownership of the organisation’s HR information system.
You will:
Experience of a specific HR platform is not essential, as training can be provided. However, strong experience using an HR database or HRIS is required.
You must be someone who checks and questions data rather than assuming that a system-generated report is automatically correct.
You will also support the administration of professional development and qualification programmes, including:
You will also assist with employee engagement, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives.
We are looking for someone with approximately three to four years’ relevant HR experience who can demonstrate:
Experience within professional services, legal, financial services, accountancy, consultancy or another structured corporate environment would be highly beneficial.
You will be commercially aware, emotionally intelligent and comfortable joining an organisation that is continuing to develop its systems, culture and ways of working.
This opportunity will not suit someone who wants to complete tasks without considering their wider purpose. The organisation is looking for someone who notices inconsistencies, asks sensible questions and looks for opportunities to improve how things are done.
