A dynamic educational institution in Leeds is seeking a full-time HR Assistant to support the HR service and manage various colleague lifecycle processes. Are you someone who thrives on organisation and gets a genuine buzz from helping things run smoothly? As an HR Assistant, you'll play an essential part in keeping our HR service running smoothly, supporting the full colleague lifecycle and contributing to key HR processes across the school. From recruitment administration, safer recruitment checks and updating HR systems, organising interviews and managing the HR inbox, your work will play an important role in supporting colleagues throughout the school. You'll work closely with our HR Director, Senior HR Advisor, Senior HR & Payroll Assistant, and part‑time HR Assistant as part of a small close‑knit HR team. We’re fun, friendly, and genuinely committed to supporting each other, and we’re looking for someone who’ll bring the same positive energy. We work hard, we laugh a lot, and we always have each other’s backs. In the school holidays, we operate a flexible and mostly remote working pattern, with rota‑based time on site to suit the needs of the team. It’s a lovely balance and offers a great rhythm throughout the year.
