Liebherr Great Britain is recruiting for an HR Apprentice to join the Human Resources team in the Biggleswade head office. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to start a career in Human Resources while gaining a relevant professional qualification.

The HR Apprentice will contribute to the success of Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd by providing effective administrative support across all areas of the Human Resources function.

Responsibilities

• Operate HR systems and ensure accurate data entry.
• Support with contracts for new starters and internal moves.
• Ensure office compliance and chase outstanding paperwork.
• Set up and maintain employee files and tidy records.
• Liaise with payroll to meet deadlines.
• Follow leaver processes and update records accordingly.
• Prepare data for monthly/ad hoc HR reports.
• Assist with room bookings and interview setup.
