You will work 37.5 hours a week from September 2026 for 18/24 months, with college attendance and on-the-job training, including onboarding, recruitment admin, and record-keeping.

We are seeking motivated and talented individuals with an interest in the energy sector to join us on our journey. We are looking for someone to assist the HR department by providing accurate administrative support on a daily basis including to the HR and Training Team.
As an Apprentice at Vital Energi you will study a Level 3 HR CIPD Apprenticeship, whilst playing a crucial role in developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administration services within the organisation. You will have clear objectives and be supported with training which will develop your personal and professional skills along the way!
Upon successful completion of your Level 3 qualification, its onwards and upwards as you progress on to L4/L5 or a degree apprenticeship qualification.

Training : An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
