Four Recruitment is seeking an HR and Recruitment Business Partner to join the HR team and drive the people strategy. You will attract great talent, support managers to build high-performing teams and own recruitment from attraction through onboarding.
The role combines generalist HR and talent acquisition with overseas recruitment experience a plus. It is a hybrid role requiring 1–2 days in the office, with flexibility on reduced hours over 4 or 5 days.
I am currently supporting a client of mine based in the St Helen’s area in their search for a HR and Recruitment Business Partner. This is a brand-new role where you will work as part of the broader HR team to play a key role in delivering the people strategy, attracting great talent and supporting managers to build high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate for this role is a credible and approachable Business Partner with experience of both generalist HR and talent acquisition. If you have managed vacancies for overseas roles this would be advantageous.
Please note this is a hybrid role with just 1 or 2 days a week required in the office. My client are also open to considering reduced hours over 4 or 5 days.
