The Godolphin and Latymer School, located on a six-acre site in Hammersmith, London, is one of the country’s leading independent day schools for girls. The school offers excellent facilities, a supportive environment, and outstanding academic results.

We are seeking a highly personable, well-organised individual with strong administrative skills to join the Bursary as a full-time HR and Cover Assistant from May 2025. The successful candidate will support various administrative tasks within the Bursar’s Office, primarily focusing on staff absence, and will be based in the HR Office.

The ideal candidate must be exceptionally professional, accurate, and capable of working with confidentiality. While specific qualifications are not mandatory, the ability to follow strict procedures, pay close attention to detail, and handle sensitive information is essential. Experience in cover and/or HR processes is desirable. Prior experience in the educational or public sector would be advantageous. Working Hours and Benefits
  • Monday to Thursday: 7.30am to 4.30pm
  • Friday: 7.30am to 4.00pm during term time, 8.00am to 4.30pm during school holidays

The role includes 28 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays and two weeks at Christmas when the school is closed. All leave must be taken during school holidays.

The salary will be commensurate with the role, based on qualifications and experience.
