Here at SMBC, we're looking for an HR Analytics and Insights Developer to join our team on a fixed term basis.
The role supports the evolution of HR's reporting ecosystem by advancing the Bank's front-end visualisation, dashboarding and insight generation capability. A major aspect of the position is working collaboratively with the Data Architecture Lead to inform the design of Alteryx transformation workflows and data models, ensuring they align with the requirements of high-quality Power BI dashboards.
This role sits at the intersection of stakeholder requirements, data storytelling and front-end dashboard delivery, ensuring that reporting logic, visual design, security permissions and analytical insights are seamlessly aligned, scalable and user-driven. The role will help strengthen HR Analytics' ability to respond more quickly to business questions through agile dashboard development, improved MI products and insight-focused outputs. Beyond dashboard development, the role will help establish a culture of insight-led decision support, ensuring reporting outputs are accompanied by meaningful interpretation and practical recommendations that drive business value.
The anticipated salary range for this role is up to £78,500; with the final offer determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, role scope, location, and relevant market factors. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award and a competitive benefits package, including core benefits such as pension provision.
