A highly profitable and successful UK brand is currently implementing SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS) and is recruiting a HR Analyst to support the implementation and transition.
We’re looking to speak with HR Analysts who have a reasonable business process knowledge of SuccessFactors and will serve as the SuccessFactors SME for the HR and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. The system implementation and configuration are managed by a 3rd party, and the internal team has limited SuccessFactors knowledge. We need someone who can effectively represent business requirements and ensure the delivered solution is fit for purpose.
