Responsibilities include:

• Providing HR data reporting and analysis, supporting HR projects, ensuring effective data collection and reporting.
• Developing and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards for analytics and metrics.
• Troubleshooting data issues, providing analysis support for HR and Reward metrics.
• Managing data for pay processes, benchmarking, and analytics reporting.
• Maintaining the EMEA compensation database and verifying data accuracy.
• Preparing HR and compensation reports to support strategic decisions.
• Offering insights and recommendations for business modeling and benchmarking.
• Conducting confidential compensation research and analysis.
• Ensuring data accuracy in PeopleSoft and generating reports for management.
• Supporting presentations for the EMEA leadership team and liaising with relevant departments.
• Compiling attendance reports and managing monthly executive reports.

Requirements:

• Degree educated with 5-10 years' experience working with data in a commercial environment.
• Proactive, able to multitask, and work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidentiality.
• Strong literacy, numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced IT skills in Microsoft Access, PowerBI, Excel, including Visual Basic and SQL.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
