Here at Tarmac, we have a new opportunity available for an HR Analyst to join the team on a fixed-term basis.

Position Overview:

As our HR Analyst, you will ensure the effective delivery of relevant application services by leveraging specialist knowledge. You will translate business requirements into functional specifications and develop effective, efficient, and compliant business solutions. This role involves working on a business change project for our HR system. You should possess sound business process knowledge in the HR systems field and provide both specialist application and solution support for specific elements of the applications estate.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

1. Work as a Subject Matter Expert for a relevant defined application and functional scope on business projects in line with business strategy.
2. Understand user requirements and explore solution options.
3. Own enhancements and project tasks; translate functional requirements into solution design, build, test (including UAT coordination), and deployment.
4. Work on the agreed projects and changes within the specified time limits.
5. Build solutions that comply right first time by design; possess a basic understanding of GDPR, SOx, and GISP.
6. Provide expert second-line support to IT users in line with agreed SLAs.
7. Investigate incidents, identify and mobilize resources required for resolution, and escalate SLA breaches.
8. Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the Change Management process.
9. Coordinate with vendors to support service delivery to agreed SLAs.
10. Support the incident root cause analysis process and initiate problem management.
11. Contribute to continuous process improvement.
