Job summary

Middlemore is seeking an HR AI & Automation Specialist to shape the next generation of HR processes and automation. You will lead transformational initiatives, building enterprise AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio that can be deployed across the organisation, not just HR.

• Solid grounding in HR with reputation for AI-literate thinking.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise AI agents in Copilot Studio.
• Genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology.
• Curiosity about improving processes and ways of working.
• Confidence to contribute beyond immediate area of expertise.
• Evidence of moving from experimentation to real AI solutions.
