Job summary

Bristow & Sutor, a growing group in the debt resolution sector, is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver first line HR advisory services across the Group. The role focuses on ER casework, policy guidance, and supporting HR projects in a busy team.

The successful candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with proven ER experience, excellent English written skills, and a flexible, pragmatic approach to stakeholder engagement. Hybrid working is offered from the Redditch area and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Proven ER experience including investigations and case management.
• Experience delivering first line HR advisory and policy guidance.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Experience working on HR projects and producing supporting materials.
• Strong attention to detail and decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and coaching style.
• Ability to juggle priorities while working at pace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a quality first line advisory service; coaching managers on policy and procedure to ensure adherence to best practice.
• Undertake ER/Sickness case management and investigations, including formal documentation and note taking.
• Support the production of supporting material for managers eg. letter templates and toolkits/guidance notes.
• Support/ownership of HR projects as required.
• Drive team effectiveness and strive for continuous improvement.
