Job summary

Talented People are recruiting on behalf of a business based in Wokingham for an HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. The role offers £35,000 - £40,000 plus a Company Car and hybrid working (1 day in the office, 4 days at home).

You will advise managers on HR matters, manage employee relations cases, lead recruitment and onboarding, review policies, and ensure legal compliance across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with Directors on HR projects and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous HR Advisor or generalist HR experience.
• Strong employee relations knowledge.
• Good understanding of UK employment law.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
