Job summary

Reckitt is seeking an HR Advisor (FTC, 18 months) to support HRBPs with employee relations case resolution, vendor management for services, and guidance on policies and local projects. The role focuses on safeguarding compliance and providing specialist HR input without day-to-day business partnering.

You will support HRBPs, manage investigations, maintain confidential case records, and collaborate with Legal Counsel to ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations and case investigations.
• Knowledge of labour laws and compliance.
• Ability to analyze data and tell a story with insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting HR projects and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners to provide input into business goals and to execute local HR projects and to implement HR programs.
• Manage employee relations investigations, provide guidance (including coaching and counselling), and own case resolution for issues raised.
• Vendor management for employee services such as benefits, outplacement etc.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of cases ensuring that all relevant documentation, correspondence, and outcomes are appropriately recorded.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Legal Counsel, and appropriate third parties to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes as required by the business.
• Ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions and navigating HR Portal (during HRT transition period) - Limited duration.
• Work with HRBPs on employee relations cases, specific queries and issues, provide ongoing support on specific projects and initiatives, vendor management, and help liaise with HRSS Global Ops
