Job summary

The Imperial London Hotels Limited is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the People & Development Team on a hybrid basis in Bloomsbury, London. You'll provide practical employee relations guidance and help drive fair people decisions.

You will work with managers across our hotels and Central Services, handle a varied ER caseload, coach leaders, and contribute to a values-driven culture while staying compliant with employment law.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR Advisor or Employee Relations specialist.
• Strong employee relations expertise and ability to handle complex cases.
• Proactive, Curious and able to build trusted relationships across the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied employee relations caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
• Provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice to managers on people matters.
• Support investigations, hearings and appeals ensuring fairness and compliance.
• Coach managers to build confidence in handling ER issues consistently.
• Promote early, informal resolutions to workplace concerns where appropriate.
• Review policies and guidance to ensure compliance with employment law and best practice.
• Analyse ER data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with managers across the business and support People priorities.

Education

CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
