Your new role

You will be part of a large team of HR professionals and work as a specialist HR Advisor focusing on low volume but complex employee relation cases. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  1. Advise, guide, and coach managers to help deliver the vision and mission of the organisation.
  2. Provide expert advice and support on employee relations (ER) cases from start to finish.
  3. Coach managers on best practices in contractual matters, effective communication, team motivation, and development.
  4. Support the development and continuous improvement of people procedures.
  5. Manage a portfolio of projects and initiatives to provide tools, data, and guidance, and improve the employee experience.
  6. Ensure all interactions with employees are fair, process-aligned, and legally compliant.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous in-depth knowledge of employee relations and a passion for working on complex cases through to resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and simplify complex information.
  • Ability to work independently, managing and prioritising deadlines to deliver results and solutions.
  • Confidence with systems and data; experience with MS SharePoint and Power BI is a bonus.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders, including customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and respectful environment.
