Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by providing day-to-day HR support, with a focus on employee relations case management, while also partnering directly with managers and teams across the company.

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in employee relations casework, including investigations and resolution
  • Solid knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using HR systems
  • CIPD Associate membership (Level 5 qualification or working towards desirable)
  • Experience in an operational HR environment (preferred)
