Job summary

Iconic Resourcing Ltd is supporting an established organisation across Greater London who are seeking an HR Advisor to join their People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with managers, handle employee relations and contribute to HR projects, delivering an excellent employee experience.

As a generalist HR professional, you will apply knowledge of UK employment law, manage absence, conduct and performance matters, and help implement people processes across the business,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a HR Advisor or equivalent generalist HR role.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and core HR processes.
• Experience managing employee relations cases and supporting managers through people issues.
• Able to balance commercial considerations with a people-focused approach.
