  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law, HR policies, and company procedures.
  • Manage performance review processes and support capability improvement plans.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture.
  • Support organisational change projects, including restructures, TUPE, and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting, providing insights and workforce metrics.
  • Assist with learning and development programmes to build organisational capability.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth and value creation.

  • Be highly organised and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Show resilience and adaptability, thriving in a changing environment and taking a pragmatic approach to solving people-related challenges.
