Lodestone Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Sheffield, to recruit an experienced HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a part-time, standalone HR role reporting to the Managing Director - ideal for a capable generalist who enjoys autonomy and being the go-to person across the business.
The hours are genuinely flexible. The default pattern is 22 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8am-2pm, but our client is open to arranging the hours around the right person.
