Hellios is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver a responsive generalist HR service across our international business, with a focus on payroll coordination, performance management, and learning & development. The role reports to the Group HR Director and will support payroll processing, LMS administration, and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Reporting to: Group HR Director To provide a responsive and high-quality generalist HR service across our international business, with particular responsibility for payroll coordination, performance management learning & development
Group HR at Hellios is a busy team that works with and supports all subsidiaries throughout the Group. This is a varied generalist HR role, but the postholder will take particular responsibility for coordinating payroll , performance management learning & development.
The postholder will work closely with external payroll providers, advisers and colleagues internationally. They will need to be highly organised, comfortable managing recurring deadlines and confident investigating queries or discrepancies. At some time in the future, our payroll processes may change to work with one global payroll provider.
The postholder will also play an important role in supporting employee development across Hellios, helping to coordinate mandatory learning, new starter development, career development and wider learning initiatives. A key objective will be to standardise our learning materials and automate our processes through Access LMS.
The role may occasionally require flexibility in working hours to support teams outside the UK.
There will be a requirement to work in the office three days per week, with two days working from home in line with Company policy.
