East Coast College's Lowestoft Campus is recruiting a part-time HR Advisor. The role is 22.2 hours per week (0.6 FTE), permanent, with salary band J-K (£31,983.12 - £39,249.60 FTE) depending on experience.
You will advise and guide managers and employees on employment matters, support the employee lifecycle, coach managers, and analyse workforce data to identify trends and improvements.
You must have Level 2 English and maths and comply with safeguarding and DBS requirements.
