HR Advisor / HR Generalist

Kidderminster | £14.00 - £16.00 per hour | Full-Time | Temporary/Ongoing | Immediate Start

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Generalist to join a well-established business in Kidderminster on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is a varied, hands-on HR role supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You'll be involved in employee relations, absence management, recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and maintaining employee records, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy and varied generalist position.

We're keen to hear from candidates with previous experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, HR Officer, HR Coordinator or experienced HR Administrator. You will need strong communication and organisational skills, confidence handling confidential information, and a good understanding of HR processes and GDPR.
