Job summary

Michael Page in Langley is seeking an Employee Relations HR Advisor for a not-for-profit education organisation. This temporary role provides day-to-day ER support, handling casework, policy administration and data records across four sites.

You will travel regularly between sites, advise managers on grievances, disciplinaries and probation reviews, and use HR systems such as iTrent to log cases and produce management reports. A UK driving licence is required.

  • Conduct leaver exit interviews, analyse exit data, and present actionable insights to HR leadership.
  • Utilize HR software (iTrent) to maintain casework logs, extract data, and produce management reports.

Job Offer
