Elevation Recruitment HR is pleased to collaborate with an industry-leading manufacturing client in the Huthwaite area. They are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As an HR Advisor, you will provide first-line support to line managers and colleagues on HR queries, policies, processes, and recruitment. Your role will ensure management teams and employees receive sound HR advice to make informed decisions about their people fairly and consistently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting line managers with probationary periods and absence management follow-ups
• Assisting with employee relations issues, including absence management, probation reviews, and sickness cases
• Participating in interviews and recruitment processes
• Conducting first-day HR inductions for new starters
• Leading redundancy processes for employees
• Supporting and coaching managers and supervisors with the annual appraisal process and assisting staff in completing it
