Food Alert, part of Citation Group, is seeking a commercial HR generalist to join our team in the UK. You will own the People Plan, manage employee relations, and partner with managers on ER issues while supporting the full employee lifecycle and learning initiatives.

We're looking for a commercial HR generalist to play an integral role in our team and business. You will be working closely with our teams to deliver the People Plan and their basic HR needs. A key focus of this role will be managing employee relations—acting as a primary point of contact for employee queries, proactively addressing and resolving ER issues, and providing expert support to managers on all aspects of employee relations. You'll also be involved in the full colleague life cycle, driving colleague engagement, supporting learning and development, championing change, and contributing to business growth.
