Job summary

BIS Recruit Limited is assisting a global professional services organisation in London to hire an experienced HR Advisor on a 3-month temporary contract. The role supports HR operations, HR transformation projects and day-to-day processes using Workday, reporting to the HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR activities and case administration to support operations.
• Assist with HR transformation and change projects.
• Support annual performance and compensation review cycles.
• Coordinate day-to-day HR activities with the HRBP.
• Maintain/update employee records within Workday.
• Produce HR reports and analyse people data.
• Support absence management processes and occupational health admin.
• Prepare HR correspondence and communications, and liaise with stakeholders.

Are you a CIPD-qualified HR professional with experience working in a large multinational environment? Have you used Workday and enjoy supporting both operational HR activity and business-wide people projects? Are you available for an immediate start? If so, read on!

We're working with a global professional services organisation who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 3 month temping contract. Supporting the HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in coordinating HR activities, supporting HR transformation initiatives and ensuring the smooth delivery of key people processes across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining HR operations, project support and stakeholder coordination within a complex, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting employee relations activity through the coordination of documentation, meetings and case administration.
• Assisting with HR transformation and change projects, including process improvement initiatives.
• Supporting the delivery of annual performance and compensation review cycles.
• Working closely with the HRBP to coordinate and deliver day-to-day HR activities.
• Maintaining and updating employee records within Workday.
• Producing HR reports and analysing people data to support decision‑making.
• Supporting absence management processes and occupational health administration.
• Preparing HR correspondence, documentation and communications.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

About You

• CIPD qualified with previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Officer or similar generalist HR role.
• Experience working within a large multinational organisation.
• Strong working knowledge of Workday.
• Experience supporting employee relations processes and HR projects.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
