KaneHR is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver practical, commercially focused HR solutions across a portfolio of client organisations. You’ll provide first-line advice, support employee relations casework, and help leaders navigate complex people challenges.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
• Previous HR Advisor experience or strong HR administration background.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Confident managing a varied workload with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Providing first-line HR advice to managers and employees across a portfolio of clients.
• Supporting employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, capability and redundancy matters.
• Assisting clients with employment law queries and helping them make commercially sound people decisions.
• Preparing contracts of employment, offer letters, policies, handbooks, and other HR documentation.
• Maintaining HR systems, employee records and compliance processes, ensuring clients remain compliant and well organised.
• Conducting right to work, reference, DBS and other compliance-related checks where required.
• Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted extension of their team.
• Supporting projects such as employee engagement initiatives, recruitment campaigns, organisational change, performance management frameworks and reward benchmarking.

What We're Looking For

• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.

• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
