About the role

You will be part of a flexible team supporting the business with people lifecycle activities related to performance, talent, and reward. You will also guide and coach managers in managing their teams effectively, including handling performance issues, absence management, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Supporting Senior People Advisers and People Advisory Managers, you will deliver on our people strategy, initiatives, and annual experience cycle.

Given the importance of this role, there will be exciting opportunities for the right person to develop their skills and expand their knowledge.

Qualifications and experience

Minimum criteria:

  • Experience within a generalist HR function working with large client groups
  • Supportive experience in employee relations, including absence management, investigations, and disciplinary processes
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and presentation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Examples of supporting managers with impactful initiatives

Preferred but not essential:

  • Experience in large, complex organizations
  • Experience working within service line structures and centers of excellence
  • Delivered Inclusion and Diversity initiatives
  • Experience managing people processes like salary reviews, performance moderation, and talent management
