You will be part of a flexible team supporting the business with people lifecycle activities related to performance, talent, and reward. You will also guide and coach managers in managing their teams effectively, including handling performance issues, absence management, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Supporting Senior People Advisers and People Advisory Managers, you will deliver on our people strategy, initiatives, and annual experience cycle.
