A leading consultancy firm seeks a skilled HR professional to join their People Advisory team. This role involves supporting performance management and guiding leadership on key HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, an understanding of employee relations, and proficiency in data analysis. About the role
You will be part of a flexible team supporting the business through activities related to performance, talent, and reward across the employee lifecycle. You will guide and coach managers in managing performance issues, absences, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Supporting Senior People Advisers and People Advisory Managers, you will help deliver our people strategy, initiatives, and the annual people experience cycle.
