The University of St Andrews invites applications for an organised HR administrator to provide day-to-day support across HR processes and data team activities.
Based at Eden Campus, the role leads on contractual changes, supports onboarding, maintains accurate staff records and delivers frontline HR service to staff, under a supportive leadership team.

Human Resources are seeking to appoint a skilled, customer-focused administrator to provide day-to-day support across a wide range of Support & Advice / Data team activities.
The post holder will provide administrative support and advice to staff on a range of human resources processes and enquiries, taking the lead on a cohort of contractual changes (including offers, extensions, change in hours or salary, acting ups, secondments), ensuring that these are processed promptly and accurately. They will also provide support to the wider HR department, in the creation and maintenance of accurate staff records as well as supporting the onboarding of new members of staff and online HR services to users across the university.
While this is currently a fixed-term post, it also presents an excellent secondment opportunity for anyone looking to broaden their experience by working in a different team or department.
This post will be primarily based at the Eden Campus at Guardbridge, a state-of-the-art working environment for professional services units.
